NEVER GO FOR TIKONA
HORRIBLE INTERNET SERVICE.
CALL CENTER TIMINGS 8 TO 12 AFTER THAT IF YOU GET SOME PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO WAIT.
WE DON’T GET CONTINUOUS INTERNET.
IN CASE YOU COMPLAIN TO CALL CENTER THEY SAY WE WILL GET CALL FROM TECHNICIAN.BUT TECHNICIAN WILL CALL GIVE MISCALL AFTER 2 TO 3 DAYS IN AFTERNOON AND ASK IF HE CAN COME.BUT HE WILL NEVER COME.LIKE THIS IT GOES FOR MONTH WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL PAY NOT PAY BILL THAT TIME THEY WILL REPAIR.THEN IT WILL WORK FOR 1 WEEK.AGAIN SAME THING.

I am still using Tikona. I want to share my reviews that if your monthly download is less than 10GB then you can have Tikona but if you want some unlimited like stuff then dont go for it. I have a unlimited plan of 512Kbps. Til 10GB download I get full speed and it seems that nothing is better than this but after downloading 10GB in a month the speed starts fluctuating. Fluctuating means in a day I get speed of 155Kbps for 1-2 hrs and rest of the time I get 50-75 kbps speed. Also most of he time there DHCP server does not gives IP to your computer and this is so frustrating that u cannot do anything after this. So I wud only suggest people that even if you r opting for unlimited plan then also u will not get a true unlimited plan and I am a engg so I know that there is no technical bottle neck or fault. Its just they have applied a rate limit and several other policies at there gateway side. So if there representative will login with his Id on your computer then u will see factastic speed but when u will login with your id on the same computer at the same time then you will see speed of 50Kbps.

tikona is one of the worst service provider’s .. it works good for first 10 days and after that the speed simply crashes… very poor customer service… tikona broadband truely suck’s i dint even use for 15 days ……..
