SSC section officer(commercial audit) notification

Staff selection commission invites applications for the posts of section officers (Commercial audit) under Group B, Non gazetted officer posts.

Scale of pay:

Rs.9300 – 34800 plus Rs.4800 as Grade pay.

Total number of vacancies is 240, unreserved vacancies being 122.

Age requirements:

Candidate must be between 18 and 27 years as on 09.04.2009.

Age relaxations applicable to backward classes as per govt rules.

Educational qualifications:

Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from a recognized university or CA/ICWA/CS from reputed institutions.

Selection will be made through a written test and an Interview.

Application fee:

Rs.100 for General and OBC candidates payable only in the form of central recruitment fee stamps (CRF Stamps).

No fee is payable by SC/ST/PH and Ex-servicemen.

Applications must be superscribed “Applications for the post of Section officers (Commercial audit) – 2009″ and the center name.

Last date for the receipt of applications is 09.04.2009.
