Rewa sidhi grameen bank vacancies

Rewa sidhi gramin bank, a sponsored bank of Union bank of India invites applications for the posts of specialist officers and clerks cum cashiers.

Last date for receipt of application is 15.04.2009

Date of written test for officer grade- I is 07.06.2009 and for clerks is 14.06.2009.

Vacancies for above posts are as follows:

Computing officer (code:02) : 3 vacancies

Officers (Routine) (code: 07) : 24 vacancies

Clerks cum cashiers (code: 08) : 24 vacancies.

Initial gross emoluments for officers will be Rs.15204 and for clerks it will be Rs.7335.

Age requirements:

For both clerical and Officers cadre the age between 18 to 26 is required as on 01.02.2009.

Relaxations are provided to backward classes as per govt rules.

Educational qualifications:

For computing officer: B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics & Telecommunications from a reputed University. Or

A Graduate Degree from a reputed University and a Master in Computer Applications (MCA) from reputed University or AICTE accredited institution or the ‘B’ Level Qualification of DOEACC Society.

For officer(routine): A degree from any recognized university in any discipline or its equivalent.

i) Proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi is necessary but Candidates must have very good knowledge/command on English language also.

ii) Preference will be given to candidates with good computer knowledge.

For clerk cum cashier: (a) Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent or

(b) Pass with 50% marks in aggregate in Higher Secondary Examination of 10+2+3 pattern/XI standard of 11+3 pattern/predegree or intermediate or any equivalent examination;

(c) diploma in Banking recognised by Central/State Governments or Union territory or

(d) Pass with minimum 60% mark in aggregate in matriculation/Senior School Certificate (Old pattern) or its equivalent;

• Proficiency in local language i.e. Hindi is necessary and good knowledge of English is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Computer knowledge.

Application fee:

Rs.50 for SC/ ST/ PWD/EXS and Rs.250 for General and OBC.
