Karnataka Vikas Grameena bank PO recruitment notification

Karnataka vikas grameena bank, a sponsored bank of Syndicate bank and wholly owned by Government of India invites applications from eligible candidates from India for the posts of Probationary officer.

Educational qualifications:

• A degree from any recognized university in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. (55% marks for SC/ST/OBC)
• Preference shall be given to candidates who are computer literates in MS DOS, MS WORD, EXCEL, NETWORKING etc. 
• Knowledge of English and proficiency in local language (Kannada) is essential.
• Preference shall be given wherever required to those who are having professional qualification in engineering, Business Administration, Law, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Horticulture, Marketing.

Age requirements:

Candidates must be between 18 and 26 years of age.

Relaxation of 5 years is provided to SC/ST candidates and 3 years to other backward classes.

Application fee is Rs.50 for SC/ST and for other it is Rs.200 which should be paid in the form of a DD taken in favour of “Karnataka Vikas Grameena bank – Recruitment project 2009” Payable at Dharwad.

Selection will be based on the performance of written test and interview.
