APPSC district probation officer grade 2

Andhra Pradesh public service commission invites applications for the posts of District probation officer (Grade-II) in AP Juvenile welfare correctional sub-service.

Only online form of applications is entertained.

Age requirements:

Must be between 18 and 39 years of age as on 1.7.2008.

Educational qualifications: Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in social work or Psychology or any graduation with M.A, in social work or Psychology or M.A with specialization in criminology or correctional administration from a university in India.

Scale of pay: Rs.7770 – 18575.

The website for online application is opened from 25.02.2009 and will be closed on 12.03.2009 (last date to apply).

Go to apspsc.gov.in to apply online and after entering the required details please download the application form for future reference along with the challan which should be used to make the required fee payment at any branch of State bank of India.

After paying the fee, come back to the same website and enter the paid fee details which include journal number, date of payment, amount paid etc.
