Age requirements for all the above posts are 18-39 years.
Scale of pay for the above mentioned posts is Rs.9285-21550.
Educational qualifications:
For post code 01, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Civil Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 02, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 03, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engg or Electronics and electrical Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 04, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Agriculture Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 05, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 06, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Civil Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 07, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent degree.
For post code 08, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engg from a recognized university or B.Sc (Engg) of Banaras hindu university or a pass in Section A & B of AMIE India Civil Examination or an equivalent qualification.
For post code 09, candidate must possess BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg/ Agriculture Engg from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification.
The online application website (link: www.apspsc.gov.in) will be opened on 12.03.2009 and closed on 28.03.2009 (last date)
After filling the required information in the online application, the application form and a challan will be generated to download.
Candidates are informed to keep a copy of the application applied through online mode for future reference. The amount indicated in the challan is to be paid by the candidate at any branch of State bank of India.
The notification number for the above posts is 36/2008.

MAKE JUSTICE TO TELANGANA DALIT SC CANDIDATES IN RECRUITMENT
On dt 20.11.2010 APPSC declares AEE(RWS) selection list after several modifications/change to the Notification without any previous information to the candidates finally APPSC declared results on dt:20.11.2010.
Kindly observe the following important points:-
1. As per notification for total 373 posts all Civil and Mechanical Engineer graduates are eligible.
2. On 04.11.2009 APPSC declared written test results without following the Notification suddenly APPSC changes the rules only 5% of total posts were allotted to mechanical candidates(16 posts). This 16 posts calculations also wrong. Instead of 18 posts only 16 posts were allotted to mechanical candidates duly following 1:2 ratio(for 1post, 2 candidates called for oral test).
3. As the APPSC declares the results against the notification, it leads to legal litigation’s.
4. After and as per Hon’ble court orders, Interview list was changed on dt:22.12.2009 Again Interview list was changed on dt:4.8.2010 and conducted oral tests for 373 posts (Total for 355 civil post and for 18 mechanical posts).
5. Here one main important thing is for 355 civil posts 710 candidates were called for oral test (1:2 ratio). But where as per 18 mechanical posts 400 candidates were called for oral test (1:23 ratio).
It is against the rules of 1:2 ratio.
6. From these 18 posts 5 posts allotted to zone VI and 3 posts allotted to zone V
Above two zones belongs to Telangana region.
7. In final selection, all the 5posts (mech) of zone VI are allotted to “Seemandhra”
zone candidates.
8. The candidates who stood in top merit in zone VI i.e. at 2nd,3rd,4th position
Candidates are not appeared in selection list.
WHY?
Why because these 2nd,3rd,4th position top merit candidates are belongs to SC community . And , these candidates are belongs to own local Telangana region.

few guys met the chairman to release AE results. But no progress in that till now. Until unless RWS dept sends reply to the APPSC they are not going to act further. Now the ball is in the RWS court.

Hi All,
I heared that some people in APPSC are creating problems for releasing AEE selection list. From long time they are saying that there is some technical problem for filling mechanical Engg vacancies. If that is the reason by this time they could have asked the Govt or RWS department for clarification regarding how to fill the vacancies. Actually the reason is different. There are some internal issues. If we don’t pursue and demand for our results they will keep the results in pending indefinitely. Unless we fight for our results it will never come to an end in the near future. If we want the job, we have to fight for it otherwise forget about this.
Tomorrow i.e., on 10th Nov,2010 many AEE (RWS) aspirants (I am also) are going to APPSC. We will meet Human resource commission, RWS department chiefs and the concerned minister also regarding this issue. We are planning to escalate this issue to media also. So all of you please come and make the event success. Also you will come to know what is going on in APPSC. We are all meeting at 10.00 AM sharp. Please circulate this to as many people as possible. We will meet tomorrow.

Recently in this year apgenco,aptransco had released they notification,conducted exam and release the results…also gave posting this process were completed in three to four months…..
We Have to fight for result. APPPSC Members are playing with our life .
Due to their internal disputes they are delaying.
They are mindless Spicies. If we don’t fight they will even delay our result for maximum.

i was accepted ur(ae) words but in some newspaper representing RECRUITMENT WILL BE FILLed in coming months.Is it true!? otherwise they telling fake report or due to some political reasons for doing this. I’m civil branch and waiting for ae selection list. After the 9th prc how much we get the salary for AE’s .
These ae and aee results seems to be delayed furhter more for longer period. I doubt whether these results will be declared in another one year. It is unnecessary to have a hope on these posts leaving other job offers. If you are from mechanical background u can forget hope on these posts as neither govt, rws dept, appsc is in favour of allocating these posts to civil and mech without discrimination.

came to know AEE (rws) marks are displayed on APPSC notice board. Is it the the civil engg canditates list displayed ( 616 civil and 32 mechanical) or combined merit list or both the lists.
students have helped to the delay for the recruitements to appsc.August is running ,COMING DECEMBER TELANGANA ISSUE IS RAISED .ALL RECRUITEMENTS ARE STOPPED . the reason is formed due to students ware filed in to the case in high court.if governament is having profit.ordinary midddle class people is so loss. please remember.

The status in high court website shows as pending for AEE rws recruitment. Until unless these cases are resolved i think nothing will move forward.

As soon as possible we all should spent a day to meet appsc chairman.Every one of us need they results to be released.But no one are coming forward to take this issue to govt.
So many are hesitating to gather at appsc to ask our results.Our engineering graduate is a highly qualified degree and people feel guility to go for justice or to become a union.
