State Bank of India (SBI), the largest Bank (Public or Private) in India has a dedicated enterprise messaging system (mail) where employees of SBI and its associate banks can access their official email account. However, to get an email address, one has to approach the hrms department of their respective banks.
Note that not all the employees will be given an official bank email address.
If you have it, though, you can access your email account by visiting ems.sbi.co.in
At present, the following email domains are supported by the EMS mail system:
State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur – @sbbj.co.in
State Bank of Hyderabad – @sbhyd.co.in
State Bank of India – @sbi.co.in
State Bank of Indore – @sbindore.co.in
State Bank of Mysore – @sbm.co.in
State Bank of Patiala – @sbp.co.in
State Bank of Travancore – @sbt.co.in
Where the email addresses represent your official bank email address at any of the above email domains.
Simply visit the above link and login with the user name and password that your Bank has given to you.
State Bank HRMS portal
Employees of SBI and associate banks can use the HRMS portal to do whole lot of things. It is a one stop place to manage all their HR related information. Users can login at SBI HRMS portal (Google for SBI HRMS) and in case one forgot their password, they can recover it using the forgot password link. One needs to enter their user ID and their Date of Birth to reset password. A new password will be sent to their official email address (or any address that is in the records of State Bank HRMS). Using the portal you can:
- View your latest and archived salary slips
- Up to date PF contributions
- You can make and get approvals for your LTC tours
State Bank Pensioners portal
The Online HRMS portal currently only caters to the needs of current employees. However, if you are a retired employee and a State Bank pensioner, you have a dedicated online portal to check your Pension slip and upload your investment declaration forms.
Please visit bit.ly/sbipens and login. If you are new retiree and do not have an account, you can create a new online account using the new user link. You need to enter certain details like your Name, PF number, Retirement date, Pension A/C number, Mobile and email address. When you submit, you will receive a OTP to your mobile using which you can login to the portal and check your pension account details. You should change the OTP to some other password which you can remember later.
Note: If you cannot login, you should contact the branch which maintains your pension account. The central HRMS is not accountable for Pension related works.
