With more people opting to have their presence in the online world as well, it is only time that companies follow them. SBI Card, the Credit Cards arm of the country’s largest bank, has just done the same.
It has created a twitter profile @sbicard_connect where you can either know more about their cards or if you are already a user, you can let them know if you have any issue.
Apart from twitter, SBI Card also has a SMS channel using which you can register your complaint. This is similar to SBI Unhappy service. You simply have to SMS as PROBLEM and send it to 9212500888 and a SBI card representative will call you back to attend your problem.
If you have just applied for a SBI card, you can know its application status.
Just as an advice, it would’ve been more helpful if it was Facebook instead of twitter since most Indian didn’t get the hang of twitter yet.
