If you are not such an Agent, then here is how you get access to your customers’ policy status any time using the LIC Login portal.
Go and contact your SDM Secretariat today to get your login credentials; username and password. Using those, you can login to LIC portal and register your customers’ policies and keep informing them about their status including dues, next premium payment date, maturity date etc.
You should note that you should have a valid license to be able to log in to the portal. Also, you can only register policies that are opened through your agency.
If you are Development Officer (DO), unlike Agents, you can instantly see the policy status of any LIC Policy just by keying its policy number.
