If you are a HP Gas customer, booking your cylinder has never been easy, until now. Those cylinder booking telephone numbers won’t be picked up by the Office personnel and you are only left with visiting the Distributor’s Office personally (or through a proxy) and make a booking.
But now, you can do the same ONLINE. Not only can you book your cylinder (refill) online, you can also apply for a new HP Gas connection online.
HP Gas online booking
Just visit this customer portal and sign up with your consumer number (if you are already a HP gas consumer) or Sign up for a new HP gas connection.
Enter your consumer Number and select your State, District, City/town and your HP Gas distributor.
If everything is correct, you will be shown your name in the next screen which you have to confirm. Then enter your email address and a password to set up your HP Gas online account. Before you can login to your account, you should confirm your email address by clicking the link that HP gas has sent to your email (Depending on your email provider and security settings setup by you, the email from HP Gas may sometimes land in your Spam folder, so be sure to check that too).
Once you’ve confirmed your email address, you should visit the same link given above and login with your email address and password set by you.
There, you can see your (consumer) details and your Distributors details.
On the left hand side, you can find ‘Internet Booking’ through which you can book your cylinder online. If you reside in Delhi and Kerala, you can also track your booking status.
Consumers in other cities can also see the status (fewer details) by visiting the same Internet booking link once a request for Booking has been made.
I had booked cylinder on Thursday via net but there is no preferred time slot for selection,I missed delivery of it. Today when I went to office I was told that the booking has been cancelled. Make fresh booking , as soon as you receive sms of booking no. you can come & collect immediately. When my husband went to collect cylinder he was told our system does not reflect booking.
Can I get the booking no. 224334 converted to preferred time & can I get it delivered at 8.00pm today, what will be the charges?

Preferred time is currently only available for Metro cities and their outskirts. For 6 to 8pm delivery, the charge is Rs.50. That’s all I can help as I’m not an HP agent.
But, this happened to me too when our booking got cancelled by itself even though in our case the delivery hasn’t even been tried once. HP’s systems seem to have some problems adjusting to recent regulations of 6 (and then 9) subsidized cylinders limit.
