APPSC Group 1 and 2 notification in July 2011

For those of you eagerly waiting for Group 1 and Group 2 notifications in 2011, the day is soon coming in the month of July. The Public Service Commission has identified the vacancies and is all set to release notification in July 2011. According to primary reports, the following are the possible vacancies in the two notifications to be released:

Group 1 (100 posts)

Divisional Fire Officers: 4

MPDO: 74

District welfare Officers: 5

District Registrars: 17

Group 2 (240 posts)

Executive cadre

ACTO: 41

Executive Officers (temples and endowments): 31

Assistant Karmik Officers: 24

Non-Executive

ASO (GAD): 122

ASO (Finance): 22

Apart from the above Group 2 vacancies, it has to be remembered that the written test for the notification released in 2008 (for 681 vacancies) is not yet held. Hence, the commission has agreed to add further 191 group 2 posts to the old notification. The new additions will be:

Assistant Development Officers (Handlooms): 120

Junior Assistant (Agriculture Department): 33

Junior Assistant (ACB): 3

Junior Assistant (Jails): 7

Junior Assistant (APPSC Office): 28

As always, applications will only be accepted through online mode.

A complete and final notification will be available as and when it is announced by the commission.
