I have passed 10 th class (SSC) in the year 1985. I worked about 25 years in indian Army. I have been awarded Degree certificate by the Indian army to apply group ‘c’ category exams. I have applied in four places under Ex-servicemen quota in AP circle through speed post vide Nos.(1)EN445200904IN to SPOs,RMS Z divn,Hyd(2)EN436922798In to SPOs,Adilabadvide,(3)EN436922784 IN to SPOs, Srikakulam,(4)En436921625In to SPOs,’Y’ divn,vijayawada. I have also applied to SBI for clerk job under ex-servicemen quota, I got call letter, attednded training classes and appearing exam on 15 -11-2009 at vijayawada. But same rules apply to postal department . For bank exam qualification is 10 + 2 with 60 % marks where as in postal there is no restriction to percentage of marks. I haven’t got any call letter. Further there is no specific rule or qualification prescibed in the prospectus to apply postal clerk under ex.servicemen quota. Kindly brought the same to the kind notice of the concerned higher officers immediately. I am expecting call letter from your end before 20-11-2009,If not received by 20-11-2009 I will approach Central Administrative Tribunal/Hon’ble High court for justice. This is submitted for kind information.
