JNTU convocation certificate application form

The first convocation of JNTU, Hyderabad is scheduled to be held on 27.11.2009 at Shilpa kala vedika, Shilparamam in Hyderabad.

Gold Medalists and candidates who are qualified for Ph.D degrees and those who applied for their Degree certificates and wish to attend the convocation has to submit their willingness in the given format (which can be downloaded from the JNTU website) and submit it to Director of evaluation, Ph.D section, Examinations Building, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad 500085 either by Speed post or in person before the last date 16.11.2009

The list of Gold medalists will be available on the website of JNTU from 10 November, 2009 and if there is any discrepancy in the list, it has to be brought to the notice of Director of evaluation with proper documents as proof before 14 of November. Finalized Gold Medalists list will be kept on the website on 18 November 2009.

Those candidates who have applied for Final degree certificates in B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Tech, M.Phil, MS, MBA, MCA and MSc for the years 2008-09 and BFA, B.Arch for the years 2008 need not necessarily attend the convocation for their certificate. The Final degree certificates will be directly sent to the residential address with in 2 weeks after the proceedings of the Convocation ceremony.

If you didn’t apply to your Degree convocation certificates, you can do so by applying in the prescribed format (Download the format from here ) and submit it to the staff in the Examination building of JNTU Kukatpally, Hyderabad.

If you are unable to submit it this year, you can do so next year with a late fee of Rs.100 for every year.

The fee for In convocation (in Absentia) is Rs.400 which should be paid in the form of a DD taken in favour of Registrar, JNTUH payable at Hyderabad.
