Ghaziabad Development Authority has announced another round of Madhuban-Bapudham Residential plots and flats scheme.
What is Madhuban Bapudham Scheme?
It is an idea of the Ghaziabad Development authority and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, to makes the dreams of own house come true for the middle and lower class section. The reservation category (as recognized by the state Government), if selected in the draw, will have an attractive registration fee which is only half the amount general category applicants pay.
Ghaziabad is the fastest growing city in the NCR with a reach of just a 20 minute drive from Delhi, 15 minute drive from Noida. The city has top class medical facilities, has many well recognized educational institutions and is largely pollution free.
Plots available in Madhuban Bapudham Scheme
60 sq mt (Area) – 50 (number of plots) – Rs.7,78,800 (Cost of plot)
90 sq mt – 100 – Rs.11,68,200
150 sq mt – 50 – Rs.19,47,000
200 sq mt – 50 – Rs.25,96,000
450 sq mt – 25 – Rs.58,41,000
(1 sq mt = 10.76 sft)
The registration fee is 5% of the total cost of the plot (plus Rs.50) for applicants under reserved category and is 10% of the total cost (plus Rs.50) for all other applicants.
Interested people can get the application forms at Rs.1100 from recognized branches of Vijaya bank/Punjab National Bank/Central bank of India in Uttar Pradesh.
The scheme open on 15 January 2010 and closes on 15 February 2010. After filling the applications with full details, they can be deposited/submitted at the same bank branch.
The draw is likely to be held in the month of June 2010.
