Update on AP Intermediate exam evaluation

Now that the exams of Intermediate (IPE) are over, the count down for the announcement of results has begun. There are still 2 papers left that of Modern Language Paper I on March 29 and paper II on March 30. However, Major chunk of students are done with their exams by March 25, which was the last date for the 4 Major subjects in Intermediate (MPC, BiPC, MEC and CEC).

In this Scenario, G Balaramaiah, Secretary of BIE, AP has said that the board is planning to finish of with the paper evaluation process and come out with the results at the latest by April 30, 2010.

It has to be noted that the evaluation process of papers have already begun, with Sanskrit paper being evaluated on March 25. The process is being done quickly since the 25% Marks of Intermediate will be considered in the ranking process of EAMCET, which is scheduled on May 30, 2010.

There have been agitations in the Telangana region to conduct the evaluation process region wise (which means papers of students in Telangana should be evaluated in Telangana). However, the Secretary has rules out any such instances and confirmed that the process will be carried out in the same way as before.

When the results are announced in the last week of April, candidates can visit Manabadi, Schools9 to know their results.
