Staff selection commission (SSC) has announced a central police organizations examination 2009 to recruit 2153 Sub-inspectors.
The total vacancies of 2153 are split under different categories as follows:
CRPF – 352 vacancies
BSF – 268 vacancies
CISF – 1500 vacancies
ITBP – 22 and
SSB – 11 vacancies
Educational qualification
A bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or its equivalent.
Pay scale
Rs.9300 – 34800 with a grade pay of Rs.4200.
The written exam is scheduled to be conducted on 06.09.2009
Application fee is Rs.100 which is to be paid in the form of Central recruitment fee Stamp, popularly called as CRF stamp which can be availed from any local head post offices.
However, there is no fee for SC/ST and Ex servicemen.
Last date of submission of filled in applications in the required format is 26.06.2009 and for far flung areas the last date is 03.07.2009
