T24 Free talk time recharge process

Following our earlier post in T24 Tariff plans, here are the details on how you will get the free talk time that you get when you shop.

When you shop at any one of the Future group store that we mentioned in the previous article, you will be given a coupon (call it as ‘Promo Slip’) at the Bill desk. From now on, at every Future group store, there will be a Recharge desk, (more often than not) placed next to the Bill desk where you can produce your coupon to get the free talk time that you ought to.

The coupon will have an expiry date before which you can produce it at the Recharge desk any time to get your free talk time.

The cumulative free talk time allotted to you must be used with in 90 days from the date of last allotment.

Which means, if you shop today (say June 20) and get Rs.100 free talk time and shop after a week (say June 27) and get another Rs.100 talk time, the combined talk time of Rs.200 will expire after 90 days from June 27, if not used.

If we understand it correctly, the free talk time will be allotted to a special account that should never expire if you shop again any time with in that 90 day period.

You get free talk time described above in the ‘Shop More Talk More’ offer. If it is ‘Talk More Shop More’, the procedure is just similar. When you recharge with a dedicated amount (mentioned in the previous article), you’ll either get a promo slip or an SMS mentioning that you are eligible for a particular discount on your next purchase at Future group store. This also will have an expiry date.
