As a launch offer, there is no subscription charge but just the browsing charges as per your M Blaze plan. This means that it is essential to have a MTS M Blaze connection to experience MTS TV.

MTS Coverage to get MTS TV
MTS has extensive coverage in the states of Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu and some parts of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Bihar and Chattisgarh. It’s recent launches such as in Andhra Pradesh is not suited for MTS TV since its needs high speed Broadband with special towers in the speeds of 3.1Mbps.
For MTS TV, your best bet will be to go for M Blaze Unlimited plan for Rs.999 to enjoy unlimited TV Access.
Remember that the fair usage policy restricts users going above 15GB in any month, going over which, the speed will be decreased to CDMA 1x (144Kbps), on which you cannot watch Live/On demand TV.
Also note that streaming video consumes A LOT of data, so be sure to keep checking your account usage so that you don’t run out of your 3.1Mbps speeds.
