ICICI Prudential is a joint venture between ICICI of India and Prudential Financial Inc of America to provide Life Insurance products in India. As it stands now, ICICI Prudential is the second largest life Insurance company in India after the State run Life Insurance Corporation, LIC of India.
Being a customer of ICICI Prudential, you can have your dedicated online account to view, manage and even pay your premiums online. You can know the current status of all your policies in one place.
To open your dedicated account, visit ICICI Pru life and click on the Customer button under the Member login section present at the right side.
If you already have on online account, you can login with the user ID and password and if you are new to this, click on ‘New User? Click here’ link. or simply visit page.
In the next page you’ll be asked to fill in your policy details and few other personal details to make sure that it’s the right person creating the account.
Once you create your account, you can log into your account any time to know your policy status.
If you have multiple policies, sometimes it could happen that all your policies have been merged into a single account. In such cases, you have to register again by visiting this page.
And selecting policy number as the option instead of User ID. After which your account details will be emailed to you by ICICI Prudential.
Alternatively, if you want all your policies to be accessible from a single account you can request ICICI Pru to do the same for you. You can call their customer care centres from 9AM to 9PM on working days.
If you wish to simply know your policy status, you send a simple SMS as PST <space> your 8 digit policy number and send it to 56767. For example type PST 008327xx from your mobile phone and send it to 56767.

I called to MR.DIMPY on 29-1-11 at 10.45am,i got answer VO ABHI OFFICE NAHI AYE and he wil cal you back,again i called 2-2-11 at 11.00am, the anser is VO KISI SE BAAT NAHI KARTE.
