I have submitted my Form 19 and Form 10C for PF withdrawal to my ex-organization and they confirmed me that my form was submitted in PF office, Bandra on 21/05/2010 and my PF account no: MH/99955/7— Want to know the status of same.

Myself rohit urde from pune i was working with adfc pvt ltd which was subsidiary of HDFC BANK on 24september 2011 i had submitted my P.F form along with all document and stamp attach to it. To my adfc pvt ltd co. And i got confirmation my P.F form is forwarded to Andheri (mumbai pf office). after 3 months when i called i received a reply stating that your form is rejected due to other reasons. When i ask what’s the reason, they are unable to answer.

myself applied for my pf in last year in november month
when i have left my job. till now my pf has not yet come and also i don’t know my pf amount. and i want result as early as possible.
want my pf soon. otherwise i’ll have another option to go to RTI branch.
