Aparna Kanopy – A value housing project

Okay, the wait is finally over. The advertisement that was driving people crazy since 2 days, or at least tried to, is finally completely opened.

So the talk of the town A.V.H means Aparna Value Housing.

It looks like it’s high time for the builders to reach the lower middle sections of the people. There have been a row of Smart house projects across the nation starting with the biggies like DLF, L&T and in the state, we saw Obili infrastructures smart homes starting at only 4 lakhs and very recently Janapriya’s Magic Home project.

Now, Aparna constructions in partnership with (JV) JP Morgan has come up with a Smart Homes project at Gumdlapochampally, Kompally near Hyderabad. The project is called Aparna Kanopy, and the apartment prices start from only Rs.14 lakhs. There is also a special prize for the first 200 bookings.

The project site is very close to the Satyam Technology Centre, DRS School.

Aparna Kanopy is completely a gated community spread across 72 acres with all the modern amenities like ultra modern club house, tracks for jogging, cycling, parks for elders and children, play grounds for various out door games etc.

The Apartments range from 935sft to 1500sft and have a choice between 2 and 3 bhk.

The construction is yet to begin and possession will be made in 2011/12.
