From few days, LIC of India (www.licindia.in policy status) has been revamping its website to make it much easy for the customers to get to know their policy status. Few customers have reported that they aren’t able to log in in to their account and that could be a result of this up gradation. It looks like its all set now and everything is working fine with additional policy details which didn’t exist before.
LIC Login procedure
Once you are registered with LIC of India, you have to login to by using its mainstream website www.licindia.in (It’s important to type the ‘www’ part as the security certificate for that website is issued for www.licindia.in but not for licindia.in). After you login, you can view the ‘View enrolled Policies’ link to the left side under Policy tools. Click on that link to view all your enrolled policies (Note that if you are logging in for the first time, you won’t see any thing in the enrolled policies. You have to instead use the Enroll Policies link to first enrol all your LIC policies).
Click on any Policy number to find its complete status.
Policy status details
In the policy status view, you will get the details like your policy number, its Commencement date, Sum Assured (sum assured), Plan, Policy term, Your Address, Premium, Next premium due date and amount, Bonus accrued (if any), servicing branch and your agent contact details.
