You might have already seen the ads, a normal women turning in to a driver (more respect) and a mountain climber (Bachendri Pal) joining as an instructor to spread her knowledge and motivate people. These are Ads (or are they?) from Tata Steel that have caught my attention in the recent past.
No music frenzy, no extravagant speeches, yet so touching. What it has done to Tata Steel is not only provide its Brand a good name (if it’s not already), but also increase its value among job seekers. There are quite a few posting around this site regarding jobs in Tata Steel and ever since these ads started appearing in TV, I’ve seen an increase in response to those job postings.
That’s obvious, since people are so touched and motivated by those ads that they want to join such as company that values them.
And good ads always have great ending, and this one is no different.
They say ‘This is not advertising, this is life @ Tata Steel’.

Of course it is advertising but you only realize it after some time since you’re so immersed in to environment created by the ad.
