You can search for your name in the electoral rolls by visiting this site (see bottom of this post for links) and selecting your district and constituency.
Note: You might have to install Tamil script to be able to read the script.
However, if you live in Chennai city you can search for your name by downloading the entire list of your assembly constituency by selecting the appropriate Lok Sabha constituency from here.
Just select your Lok Sabha constituency and then click on the Assembly name which appears to download the entire voter list.
If you still didn’t get your Electoral Photo Identity Card (EPIC), you can apply from here.
Polling booth Address
Alternatively, you can find the polling booths by visiting this link and selecting your Lok Sabha constituency and appropriate assembly constituency.
Remember that simply having your EPIC card doesn’t mean that you are eligible to vote. Instead, your name must be enrolled in the final electoral list to be eligible. Even if you don’t have your EPIC, you can still cast your vote by showing alternative photo identity cards such as your passport, driving license provided your name exists in the electoral roll.
