BSNL Sampark post paid plan in AP

Ever since TATA DOCOMO was launched in India, there has been a host of new offers coming from other telecom operators. Bharti Airtel, recently extended its Friends and Family offer to include any Airtel STD number in the 5 available slots and renamed the offer as ‘Special 5‘. Now its time for the countries largest public telecom Operator BSNL to step in.

BSNL has launched an attractive plan for its Post Paid customers (in Andhra Pradesh) by introducing a new plan called ‘Sampark’.

Under this plan, a user should pay a monthly charge of Rs.389 and by doing which, he’d get 850 free local minutes and 100 free SMS’s each month.

The call rates are also lower compared to normal plans. All local calls are now charged at 49 ps per minute and all STD calls are charged at 1.20 Rp per minute. And as usual, the night calling will be charged at 50% rates compared to the above rates within the BSNL network.

There is also an addition to its Family and Friends offer which now allows to add a STD WLL BSNL number just as Airtel did a few days ago.

With this change, you now have two options under the family and friends offer.

Option 1 is to choose 2 BSNL local numbers with 1 being a landline number (mandatory) for which the calls will be charged at 20 p/min.

Option 2 is to choose 1 BSNL number with in AP for which calls will be charged at 20 p/min and choose another number with in BSNL network but outside AP (STD) for which calls will be charged at 60 p/min.
