You may question that when other private telecom operators can provide the option to pay the bill online, then why not BSNL?
You may be surprised that BSNL also has the facility to pay your Landline, Broadband and Cellone bills online.
Visit the BSNL Portal to register your self to avail the service.
Click on the registration link and enter the details which include your name, address, a User name a password for login purpose. If you want to get your monthly bill alerts as SMS alerts, you can give your mobile number in the appropriate place and click on submit button.
From next time, if you want to log in to your account, use the username and password that you’ve set during the registration. Visit this page and enter your username and password. In the next page, you can either select the Individual Landline bill payments or the Cellone bill payments. If you use both of them, do one after the other. Before you can pay online, you have to register your phone numbers and for that, click on the landline option and then click on the Enroll phone accounts and proceed with the screen information. Do similarly to register your cellone mobile number.
After registration, now you can pay your bills online, view outstanding bill amount and also view payment transactions (after you’ve made at least one online payment).
At present, if you have internet banking accounts in UTI bank, ICICI bank or HDFC bank, you can simply select the appropriate option and proceed with the screen steps. If you want to pay using your credit card, then you can choose the ICICI payment gateway as the option and proceed (ICICI is the gateway provider which doesn’t mean that only ICICI credit cards will be accepted. Any Visa, Master cards can be used for this purpose).
But since August 1st, RBI has made it mandatory to have a Verified by Visa password or Master card security code to make any online transactions. So have your password ready.
The best thing about online payment is that you will get a rebate of 1% in your next phone bill.

I am residing at Nellore A.P. I was paying the telephone bills online since several months. The last bill I paid was in Sep 2010. Since Oct, the portal is showing only Tirupati, Visakapatnamm, Hyderabad and was not showing the option for payment of my bill, even though I can view my bill on line.
NOW YOU CANNOT PAY BSNL LAND LINE BILLS ON LINE DUE TO PROBLEM IN BSNL PROBLEM. YOU HAVE TO PAY ONLY IN BSNL COUNTERS IN NELLORE.
