Everybody wants their share of media presence, except for Air India. For all the reasons that Air India is featuring in the media these days, its image is taking a beating day after day.
Now, in an attempt to side those reasons and be in the news for a positive thing, the Maharaja carrier has introduced something called as ‘Unlimited Travel’, ala, passes in Bus/Train.
Two kinds of passes will be available starting from 15 June at Air India offices and recognized travel agents, both with 10 days validity. With Silver pass worth Rs.30000, one can travel unlimited number of times in Economy class to any destination in India (which Air India serves that is). In case you think Economy class is cattle class, you can take the Platinum pass worth Rs.50000 that will take you to the Executive section of the Aircraft.
Once you have any of these passes, you can fly as much as you want in the 10 days validity period. Your first day of travel will be considered as day 1. This Unlimited travel offer will be available till 25 September 2011; certainly beneficial for those frequent flying air miles collectors.
