Hi All,

Please Do not Purchase any Videocon Mobile Handsets !!!

I am already blaming myself for my decision to buy it. Its quality is same as china mobile and Service Centers are very lazy and not well equipped takes Months to repair.

Within 3 months of buying it Its motherboard got damaged automatically and Service center guys are saying its not covered under warranty and need to pay 70%price of phone to replace it.

So DONT buy it at all !!

Hi,

Do not buy any Videocon Phone. I am still crying on my decision to buy this Videocom V 1425 – triple SIM phone (1 CDMA, 2 GSM). The first month itself, the battery started working badly – would need a full charge every day – even if the usage was not more than 30 minutes per day. The local dealer was kind enough to change the battery. After about three months, the phone just stopped working. The local dealer directed me to a service center – who took the phone and gave me a receipt asking me to come after a month to collect a new phone. I am still waiting…

In the meantime – I have bought a CDMS Samsung phone and a Nokia GSM phone. Both are better than the single ‘triple SIM phone’ from Videocon. I plan to sell the new phone which Videocon will give me – as a replacement.

I have bought this phone one month back.
One of the worst buy by me. don’t go for looks.
Phone stops again & again on receiving & while making call.
Camera is not good quality. you have to hold press button for more than 30 seconds.
Battery is poor.
Service is very poor.
Touch scrren is not good.
GO FOR ANY OTHER PHONE THAN VIDEO CON

I am ready to sell it for 50% of 7000/-
