I am a videocon dth user. i bought a satellite dvd setup box. The dvd player that comes with it is of low quality and doesn’t support all the video formats that they claims in their brochure. It supports mp4 files but will not support mp4 files of high definition. it doesn’t have a hdmi port.

For the last one month, i am having issues with dth services. Currently i have taken South Diamond Pack which includes almost all the channels available including espn, star sports ten sports ect. but now i am not getting these kind of paid channels. I have complained them about this several times and now i am not able to contact them. Customer care service is also very bad, as they will be busy all the time. I am a cricket fan, and there is only week left for world cup. I donno what i will do right now, whether keep on complaining this or throw the setup box and dish on the road and go for other dth service.
