Like iDevices? Here’s the latest and greatest iPhone coming your way on 25 November. Months after making it available to the world, Apple is finally unleashing iPhone 4S to its Indian customers on the said date. Airtel and Aircel will be the carriers that will initially sell the device although the phones will be completely (factory) unlocked enabling you to put any GSM (micro) Sim card and use it.
Pricing, as always, is outrageously high.
An iPhone 4 with 16GB memory will cost you Rs.44500 and in case you want more gigs, you may want to look at the 32GB version which will cost you Rs.50900 (shelling out a couple of more grands can get you 2 super duper Android phones, just saying)..
Airtel says that their store doors will be opened at 00.01am on 25 November 2011. We’re not sure if people will be waiting in line before the clock ticks 00.01 am on 25 Nov as you might have seen else where in the World.
If you can’t go to the stores, you can pre-order one from today by visiting respective websites of your carrier and get a priority (home) delivery, for free.
Ohh, and please don’t buy 4S to show off Siri’s skills to your friends as the lady won’t understand your Hinglish accent, yet.
