Free Push email with MVL G81 cheap Qwerty mobile

MVL, a new player in the mobile handset market in India launched its first Qwerty phone in the name of ‘Business Phone – G81’. Why Business Phone? Because it offers push email support with the help of MVL Connect, which MVL claims to be first such offering by an Indian Handset company. Push Email automatically delivers the email instantly to the handset as soon as the email hits your email server. For this, your Handset must always be connected to the Internet via GPRS or if options are provided, you can set up to connect occasionally, once every 30 minutes or so. If you have a Nokia mobile, you can set up Push email with this Nokia email client app. You should also be sure that you have an appropriate Data plan since being connected to the Internet may cost some bucks.

MVL G81 Specifications

The G81 Qwerty comes with a 3.2 MP Camera and a 2.4 inch screen. The phone has connectivity options such as EDGE, Bluetooth, Data cable. Java is listed as supported, but again, we just cannot be sure how standard the Java is until we use one. You may not be able to install themes or all java games and apps that normally work on phones like Nokia or Samsung.

G81 has a Music player and video player and recorder that supports 3gp and mp4 formats. It has a phone memory of 78MB but the external memory can be expandable up to 16GB using a Micro SD card.

2000 contacts and 1000 SMS can be stored without any trouble. You have the PC Sync feature using which you can keep all your contacts, messages, files in Sync with your computer. You can also use your G81 as a Modem and connect to Internet via your computer.

In built software’s include Nimbuzz, that has all the IM’s such as Yahoo Messenger, G Talk, MSN etc, Snaptu (read compete Snaptu review), Opera mini browser and a Mobile tracker App that can track your lost mobile.
