Vacancies in Rubber Board of India

The Rubber Board, a part of Ministry of commerce and Industry, Government of India invites applications for the posts of Asst. Engineer (electrical) and Junior Assistant.

Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Number of vacancies:1

Pay scale is RS.9300 – 34800 with a grade pay of Rs.4200. You need have a degree in electrical engineering and 3 years experience in the grade of Rs.5500-9000 or any similar position in Government/PSU/Private firm.

Junior Assistant: Number of vacancies is 30.

Pay scale is Rs.5200- 20200 with a grade pay of Rs.1900. You need to be a pass candidate in SSLC or its equivalent, have a minimum typing speed of 30wpm.

Out of 30 vacancies 25 posts will be based in Kerala and other 5 in North eastern region.

The age limit for Asst. Engineer is 35 years and it is 25 years for Junior assistant as on 7 December, 2009.
