Tata Steel recruitment of Engineering Diploma holders

Tata Steel invites applications from experienced engineering diploma holding Indian Nationals for its various operating plants.

The aspiring candidate should have a 3 year full time Engineering Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation from any recognized Institute (by AICTE) with at least 60 % marks in aggregate.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in electrical/electronics/mechanical/instrumentation fields, preferably in production plants.

The age of the candidate shouldn’t be more than 30 years.

Selection of candidates will be done through and Interview. Those selected candidates should be medically fit and will be made to join the company in 2 batches, one in January 2010 and next in April 2010.

Selected candidates will be paid in a scale starting basic pay with Rs.7100 per month. Total initial gross salary would be Rs.9500 (Rs.1.78 lakhs per annum).

Apart from the salary scale, candidates would be eligible for company accommodation at discounted rates, HRA, Conveyance allowance, Bonuses, medical facilities, CPF, monthly bonus based on performance etc.
