SBI clerical staff recruitment notification

State Bank of India has issued another huge notification to recruit 11000 candidates for Clerical posts. The vacancies are spread across different States and Major Cities in India.

The total emoluments of candidates if selected and when posted in areas like Mumbai will be Rs.8000 per month.

Qualifications:

The candidate should be a minimum 12^th pass or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD)

Or a degree from a recognized University with at least 40% (35% for SC/ST/PWD)

Candidates should be able to read and write in English fluently and knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.

Age requirement: The candidate must be with in the age group of 18 to 28 years as on 01.10.2009. Age relaxation of upto 5 years, 3 years, 10 years will be provided for SC/ST, OBC and PHC candidates respectively.

The application fee is Rs.250 (Rs.50 for SC/ST/PWD/XS).

Candidates should apply online from 01.08.2009 to 15.09.2009
