The second and final phase of ICET Web counselling 2009 will commence from August 30 till September 4.
Candidates, who didn’t participate in the first counselling or didn’t secure a seat in the first counselling or wish to change their allotted seat can participate in the second counselling.
For ranks from 1 to 40000, the Options exercising process will be on August 30 and 31st.
For ranks from 40001 to 100000, the dates are September 1st and 2nd.
For ranks from 100000 to last, the dates are September 3rd and 4th.
Candidates who are satisfied with the seat in the first counselling are requested not to participate in the second counselling. If they still exercise options in second phase, their seat allotment order in the first counselling will be cancelled.
Also note that the options exercised in the first counselling will not be considered for second phase and you need to enter fresh options.
If any candidate wishes to change their options after their allotted time of 2 days, he/she has to approach any one of the help line centres and pay a fee of Rs.600 and change the options.

Unfortunately, the second and final counselling of ICET 2011 is finished on 14 and 15 September.. But still, there will be many vacant seats for which the respective colleges will conduct spot admissions. So you can chose any one college (which has vacant seats) and attend the admission.

If you are allotted a seat in the second counselling, (only) then your first counselling seat will be cancelled. So make sure you only put options for better colleges in second counselling.
In case you are not allotted any seat in second counselling, your first counselling seat still remains and you can continue going to that college as usual.

i have joined in MCA in 2009. i appeared for ICET 2009 and got rank 71,102.
i have BC reservation. but i haven’t attend the counselling in 2009 in 1st and 2nd phases due to some personal reasons. but i have joined in spot admissions due to availability of seats in number of colleges. i have joined in MCA. our college administration said at the time of admission, you can join in Free seats available in college. you are eligible for scholarship and apply for scholarship. i have applied for scholarship. but ASWO rejected my application due to not submitted alotment order.
i ask the college administration they said we have tried with the influence of ministry. but we are not able to sanction the scholarship. so immediately pay the total fee. iam not able to pay the fee. please find the G.O’s regarding the spot admissions. now what can i do? regarding the scholar sanction. is anybody having the same problem?
our college administration said the problem is not in our college only. it is the problem of entire andhrapradesh Professional colleges. we are not able to sanction your scholars. please send the regarding G.O’s
