To be a Branch head in HDFC Bank, you need to be a MBA or have a PGDBM/PGDBA with relevant experience (generally a minimum of 5 years experience in similar field is required) as required by the bank. Personal Banker Authoriser
For this position, you must at least have a Graduate degree, higher qualification such as a PG Degree or a MBA will be an advantage. You must generally have at least 3 years of experience in similar work environment and have good knowledge on banking.
Personal Banker Sales
For this position the candidate must have any UG/PG/Professional Degree with at least 1 year experience in similar field. You must be able to achieve sales targets, have influential sales skills and must provide good customer support.
For this position, the candidate should have any UG/PG/Professional Degree with at least 3 year of work experience in retail branch banking. Should have the ability to manage people. Candidates should have knowledge of other financial products such as Insurance and Mutual funds.
Teller and Teller Authoriser
Candidates should have any UG/PG/Professional degree with at least 2 years of experience for Teller and 3 years of experience for Teller Authoriser position. These positions will be responsible for all liquid transaction carried out in the branch like cash and customer transaction, receipts, deposits, payments etc.
