Gurgaon Gramin bank-Officers and clerks recruitment

Gurgaon Gramin Bank invites applications from eligible candidates for the posts of Officers in Scale I and Clerk cum cashier.

Number of vacancies in Officer Cadre is 49 for which the age required as on 01.04.2009 is 18 to 26 years.

Number of vacancies in Clerk cum cashier post is 42 for which the age as on 01.04.2009 should be between 18 and 26 years.

For Officer post, the candidate should be an Indian with proficiency in Hindi language.

For Clerk post, the candidate should be an Indian whose domicile is in Haryana State and have proficiency in Hindi language.

Educational qualification:

For Officer: A graduation degree from a recognized university with 60% (55% for SC/ST). Knowledge of English is essential.

Candidates with higher qualification such as Engineering, Law, Business administration and computer knowledge in MS DOS, MS Word will be given preference during Interview.

For Clerks: A degree from any recognized University or a Pass in HSC of 10+2 or 10+2+3 pattern/11^th Standard of 11+3 pattern/pre-degree or Intermediate with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)

Or a pass with 60% marks in matriculation or SSC Or a diploma in banking recognized by state or central government.

Knowledge of English and computer courses is preferred.

Application fee is Rs.200 (Rs.50 for SC/ST) must be paid in the form of a DD taken in favour of Gurgaon Gramin bank-recruitment project-2009 payable at Gurgaon.
