Food corporation of India requires Assistants Grade III (Technical)

Food Corporation of India (FCI) invites applications for the posts of Assistant Grade III (Technical) from citizens of India.

The postings will be based in Kerala, Karnataka and Tamilnadu.

The test centres for written test will be in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram.

Number of vacancies is 70 out of which 36 are unreserved.

Pay scale applicable is Rs.4820 – 8530.

Maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 25 years as on 1^st October, 2009.

(Age relaxations for SC/ST and BC’s are applicable as per rules)

The applying candidate should have a Degree in science. Candidates having degree in Agriculture will have preference.

Selection of candidates will be done through a written test followed by Group discussion and Interview.

Application and exam fee is Rs.300 which the candidate has to pay in the form of a DD drawn in favour of ‘Food Corporation of India’, payable at Chennai.

No fee is required for SC, ST, and PH candidates.
