ECET Counselling notification with dates

The notification for ECET 2010, as expected, is here on July 1, 2010. As said earlier in ECET 2010 Web counselling, the counselling will be done through a Web based mode similar to Eamcet and Icet counselling’s. Before you can get to the web counselling stage, you will have to complete the certificate verification and you’ll need the following certificates:

Certificates required

• ECET Rank card or Hall ticket

• Marks Memo

• Provisional Diploma or Degree certificate

• Date of Birth Proof, like SSC certificate

• Study certificates from class 7 to Diploma or class 9 to Degree (in case of B.Sc students)

• Residence certificate for the last 7 years before the year of Qualifying exam (Diploma or Degree)

• AP residential certificate of parents for the last 10 years taken from Tahasildar

• Caste certificate in case of BC/SC/ST taken from a competent authority

• Income certificate of SC/ST/BC/Miniroty/PH in case the total annual income is less than Rs.1 lakh (for exemption of tution fee)

• Certificate of PH/NCC/Sports

• SSC certificate mentioning the religion in case of Muslim or Christian.

A fee of Rs.600 (Rs.300 for SC/ST/Minorities) should be paid at the time of certificate verification.

This will be conducted at various Help line centres with addresses as given below:

(Note: Since the number of B.Sc candidates is very less, all B.Sc candidates should go for verification on 7 July 2010 at 9AM).

The time is 11AM, except for Civil branch which is 9AM.

ECET Web counselling dates

The Online options exercising process starts from July 10 till July 13 at the website apecet.nic.in.

All filled in options must be frozen by 6PM on July 13.

The results may be announced on July 15.
