ARCIL-Management vacancies and other positions

Asset reconstruction company (India) Limited, ARCIL, is the India’s first  and the largest asset reconstruction company set up by State bank of India, the countries largest Bank, IDBI bank, ICICI Bank and Punjab national bank.

Now, ARCIL is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people for its open positions.

The positions range from,

General Manager/Deputy General manager/Asst General Manager

Senior manager/Manager/Deputy, Asst, Junior resolution Manager

Manager/Asst, Junior Manager in Legal department

Senior resolution counsellor/Resolution counsellors/Tele callers/Resolution trainees

Manager/Deputy/ Assistant/ Junior Manager with Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance qualification in MIS and Operational Audit Department

The above positions are broadly based in all the Metros of the Country viz. Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore besides places like Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Allahabad, Agra, Jaipur, Mysore, Vizag, Pune, Nagpur etc are also included.

Besides these above job positions, ARCIL, on a talent hunt basis is actively looking for about 40 young minds to join their team as ‘Management Trainees‘.

The qualifications of the suitable candidate should be as follows:

MBA in Finance or Chartered accountants or Cost accountants or Graduates in Law having 0 to 2 years of work experience.

Additional team spirits like positive mindset to manage challenging tasks, Business savvy, easy negotiations and resolution oriented, sound understanding of legal framework, team work are also recommended.

If selected as a Management trainee, there will be an Internship of 3 months duration after which there will be an on the job training for 12 months.

During Internship, a fixed amount of Rs.7500 will be paid and during the On the job training, Rs.2 lacs per annum will be the stipend.

When both the above phases of training are successfully completed, the package will be Rs.5-6 lacs per annum on a CTC basis.
