State Police Recruitment Board, Andhra Pradesh invites applications from eligible and experienced candidates for the following vacancies:

Additional Public Prosecutors Grade 2 in AP State Prosecution service (code 41): 4 vacancies

Assistant Public Prosecutor in AP State Prosecution service (code 42): 113 vacancies

Qualifications, Experience and Age

Candidates must have a Graduate Degree in any subject with a Bachelor Degree in Law from a recognized University. Candidates with a 5 year Law Degree after Intermediate are also eligible to apply. These Qualifications are as on 12 November 2010.

For post code 41, candidates must have practised Law for at least 7 years

For post code 42, candidates must have practised Law in Criminal courts for at least 3 years.

Experience too, is as on 12 November 2010.

Age as on 1 July 2010 should be less than 35 years for post code 41 and less than 33 years for post code 42.

Pay Scales: for post code 41: Rs.23650 – 49360

For post code 42: Rs.18030 – 43690

How to apply

Application forms must be submitted only in the given format. These form can be downloaded from recruitment section of www.apstatepolice.org from 18 November 2010. There is no fee for the exam.

Complete filled in applications, along with copies of supporting documents must be submitted to the concerned DIG/ IG Offices only via registered post before 10 December 2010, 5 pm.
