Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank invites application from eligible candidates to fill the existing vacancies in Clerical and Officer Cadre.
Number of vacancies in Clerical cadre is 122 and Officer Cadre is 126.
Age of the candidate for both Clerical and Officer Posts should be between 18 and 26 years as on 01.04.2009.
Candidates who are citizens of India and also belong to the domicile of Andhra Pradesh only are eligible.
Educational qualifications: (As on 01.04.2009)
For Officers: A Degree in any stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
Candidate should have proficiency in Telugu.
However, Preference will be given to candidates who have knowledge on computer applications such as MS Word, Excel etc and preference will be given to candidates with a professional degree like Engineering, MBA, Law etc.
For Clerks: A Degree in any stream from a recognized university.
Or a Pass with 50% marks in HSC exam in 10+2+3 pattern, XI std of 11+3 patternor Intermediate.
Or a Diploma in Banking from a recognized Institute.
Or a Pass with minimum 60% marks in Matriculation/SSC.
Along with any of the above, the candidate must be proficient in Telugu, have knowledge on English and preference will be given to candidates with knowledge on Computer applications.
Application fee:
Rs.250 (Rs.50 for SC/ST), which is to be paid in the form of a DD OR Bank Pay Order taken in favour of “Andhra Pragathi Grameena bank Recruitment Project – 2009″, payable at Kadapa.
The name of the candidate, post applied for and address at the back of the DD/Pay order.
Date of exam for officers is 04.10.2009 and clerks are 11.10.2009.
